The weekend activities will be taking place between the towns of Easton, MD and St. Michaels MD. You will find a full map of events, hotels, restaurants and transportation below.
Traveling to the Eastern Shore
Flying: There are 4 convenient airports within driving distance of the Eastern Shore, Baltimore/Washington International Airport (1hr 10mins), Washington Dulles International Airport (1hr 45min), Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (1hr 15min), Philadelphia International Airport (1hr 45min), and Salisbury Regional Airport (1hr). Flying into Philadelphia and Salisbury will avoid weekend bridge traffic that can back up.
Train: There is also a convenient Amtrack station in Wilmington, DE (1hr 20min) and two stations in Baltimore, MD (1hr 20min).
Transportation from the Airport/Train Station to Easton/St. Michaels: We would recommend getting a rental car to travel to the Eastern Shore. There will be shuttles from the Tidewater Hotel to and from the events but there are very few Ubers/Lyfts in the area and limited public transit, so to get around a rental car is useful. There is a daily shuttle that goes from BWI to the Easton Regional Airport every 2 hours, booking information and you can find the schedule here.
Note: Traffic will get very backed up coming into Easton and St. Michaels Friday Afternoon and Saturday and will be backed-up leaving on Sunday. Please allow extra time if traveling during these times.
Where to Stay
We recommend booking early! Both Easton and St. Michaels are tourist destinations and book up fast. We have reserved blocks of rooms under “The Bradshaw-Krickl Wedding” but they are limited and available on a first-come-first-serve basis.
The Tidewater
We recommend the Tidewater Inn in Easton MD. It is conveniently located in downtown Easton. This is the location for the welcome party on Friday night. Rooms are very limited here. We have a limited block of rooms, but they are first-come-first serve.
Hampton Inn
The Hampton Inn Easton is easy to get to from Route 50, it is a 1mi drive to the Tidewater Inn and downtown Easton.
Holiday Inn Express
The Holiday Inn Express is just up Route 50 from the Hampton Inn, but is not walkable from downtown Easton.
The Inn at Perry Cabin
The Inn at Perry Cabin was the setting for Wedding Crashers and is waterfront in St. Michaels, MD. It is walking distance to downtown St. Michaels.
Airbnb
There are numerous Airbnb and VRBO options in St. Michaels and Easton.
Other Hotels
There are numerous other hotels in both Easton and St. Michaels that are conveniently located to all wedding activities.
